Yes. Laserex is happy to sign a mutually binding confidentiality agreement with customers for the design of their products.

Can Laserex assist with my product being ready for the marketplace in terms of meeting all the regulatory requirements?

Laserex can design a product that meets all requirements in terms of design, labeling, laser safety standards, etc. Laserex will also provide detailed instructions for the safe use of the product. CAD drawings are provided to customers so they can see what the final product looks like, beforehand. Our Custom Solutions team offers the best in electronics, software, optical, laser and mechanical design.

Yes, Laserex has a dedicated R&D team including Engineers, designers as well as people with optics skills who will work together with you from initial concept until final production run.

What fan angles do Laserex laser modules come in?


Laserex provides fan angles 5, 10, 15, 30, 45,60, 75, 90 and 100 degrees. Line generators are available in rod (standard), machined as well as Uniform Intensity configurations.

Can Laserex laser modules be pulsed?


Yes, Laserex laser modules can be pulsed up to 100kHz. We will supply the laser module with 3 wires, one of which (yellow) is for the pulsing signal.

What options are available with Laserex laser modules?


Laserex laser modules cane come with plastic or glass lenses, variable focus, pulsed with an external potentiometer, line generator attached, etc. Contact Laserex for further details.

What is the Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) of your laser modules?


Laserex laser modules have a MTTF of 5,000-10,000 hours. Factors affecting the lifetime include temperature and the operating conditions the lasers are used under.

What power supply will my laser modules use?


Laserex Technologies laser modules operate from a 3-6V regulated DC power supply or batteries. Typical operating current will be between 40mA – 200mA depending upon laser power.

Laserex Technologies accepts all major credit cards including Bank card, Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and American Express.

Can you deliver to me and how much will it cost?


Local delivery within Australia will be via Australia Post Express Post or TNT road freight.  International freight is via Fed Ex for door to door delivery.

The cost of freight depends upon the weight of the product being purchased.  Please contact Laserex Technologies for an indication of the freight charge for your order.

How do I get my Laserex Technologies product serviced or repaired?


You will need to deliver the product back to Laserex Technologies for an inspection by our Quality Department who will provide you with a quotation for the repairs.

If your product fails within the warranty period, it will either be repaired or replaced free of charge.

What warranty is available?


All Laserex Technologies laser products are sold with a warranty.

The warranty period is 1 year for our laser pointer and laser module range. There is a 2 year warranty for the Laser 3000.

Are Laserex Technologies products CE marked?


Most Laserex Technologies products are CE Marked and FDA Approved.  Please contact our Sales Team for more information.
