Where can I buy new batteries ?
Most standard batteries can be purchased from supermarkets, newsagents, chemists and electronics shops.
If you have difficulty finding a specific battery we carry stock of all batteries used in our products. |

What is the difference between your laser pointers?
You will find that the Professional, Executive and Jumbo pointers are slightly brighter than the Presenter and Director. This is due to them transmitting a different more intense laser light.
Apart from that difference your choice of pointer will depend upon your personal preferences for ergonomics and appearance, and your budget. |

How far will the laser spot go?
Whether you are outside at night, in a dimly lit theatre or in a well lit conference room you will clearly see the laser dot at distances over 100m. |

How bright will the laser spot be?
You will find that the Professional, Executive and Jumbo pointers are slightly brighter than the Presenter and Director. This is due to them transmitting a different more intense laser light.
However, you will find that all our pointers provide a bright spot which performs well in most situations. |

Is my laser pointer eye safe?
Laserex Technologies laser pointers meet the eye safety requirements of all International, European and Australian laser safety standards. |

Will the LaserTENS treat my condition or illness?
The LaserTENS family of therapy units will treat many common conditions such as back pain, arthritis or rheumatism.

Where can I get some more gel for my LaserTENS?
The gel used with the LaserTENS can be purchased over the counter of your local pharmacy. |

How far away will I see my laser sight?
The LS-500 laser sight has an optimum range of over 500 metres at dusk, dawn or night. |

How do I adjust the windage and elevation of my laser sight?
Unscrew the end cap at the front of the unit. This will reveal 2 screw holes. One screw is marked E for elevation, the other marked W for windage. Using the Allen keys provided, adjust the laser sight as required. |

Is my remote mouse compatible with Windows 2000 or XP?
The SM-2 Laser Presenter is compatible with Windows 95 and 98, but is NOT compatible with Windows 2000, NT on XP.
The SM-3 Remote Mouse is compatible with Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT and XP.

How far will my remote mouse go?
Both the SM-2 Laser Presenter and SM-3 Remote Mouse have a range in excess of 10 metres. |

What power supply will my laser modules use?
Laserex Technologies laser modules operate from a 3-6V regulated DC power supply or batteries. Typical operating current will be between 40mA – 200mA depending upon laser power. |

Can you deliver to me and how much will it cost?
Local delivery within Australia will be via Australia Post Express Post or TNT road freight. International freight is via FedEx for door to door delivery.
The cost of freight depends upon the weight of the product being purchased. Please contact Laserex Technologies for an indication of the freight charge for your order. |

How do I get my Laserex Technologies product serviced or repaired?
You will need to deliver the product back to Laserex Technologies for an inspection by our Quality Department who will provide you with a quotation for the repairs.
If your product fails within the warranty period, it will either be repaired or replaced free of charge. |

What warranty is available?
All Laserex Technologies laser products are sold with a warranty.
The warranty period is 5 years for our laser pointer range and 12 months for all other products including our range of promotional pointers. |
