The unit consists of a light weight, robust and attractively finished hand probe, a rechargeable battery compartment and mains adapter for recharging.

The unit can be either mains or battery operated, with a battery life of 8 hours continuous use.

The unit incorporates a 'on-time' delay timer which ensures that treatment times can be measured accurately.
