Laserex’s experienced sales and technical staff is available to take your order over the phone between 8.30 am and 5.00pm Monday – Friday, Australian Central time. Please have the part numbers of the products you are interested in purchasing along with your credit card with you. Laserex accepts all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Please note, credit card payments will incur a 3% processing charge. International Orders
Laserex ships its laser products around the world. Please contact Laserex for an accurate estimation of the freight charge associated with your order. Laserex accepts payment by Telegraphic Transfer of funds into our Bank Account. Our Bank details are listed below. This is the preferred method of payment for overseas customers. Laserex will email or fax through to you a Proforma Invoice along with Banking details.
Terms and Conditions
Payment
Laserex allows for payment for orders via bank cheque, money order and credit card. For orders <$US 500, credit card is the preferred payment method. When paying by credit card, Laserex will send you a copy of the Tax Invoice and credit card statement with the goods. Please include the security code, the last 3 digits located on the reverse of the credit card, when ordering. In Australia, Laserex accepts EFT payment. Our Bank details are listed below. A Proforma Invoice with banking details is emailed or faxed to customers who wish to pay this way.
Shipping Charges:
Customers are required to pay for shipping of orders. Laserex ships via FedEx and receives very competitive rates for international shipping. Laserex can also arrange for the shipping of goods on customer’s freight accounts, if so required. In Australia, Laserex ships goods either through TNT, Australia Post Express Mail as well as other major freight companies. Contact Laserex for further details.
Duties and Taxes on International Orders:
These are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt of goods. Contact customs in your country for an accurate quote to the duties payable.
Return Policy
Should you receive goods that are faulty, contact Laserex immediately with your invoice number. One of our sales staff will assist you and provide you with a NCR # associated with the item. All returns of faulty items must be made within 7 days of their receipt. Please return goods in original packaging along with your name, address, phone number, email address and we will let you know their repair status upon receipt.
